chemtrails today

Posted by twincowfaeries on December 30, 2008

7:30 am

Mom called to tell me the sky above the highway was full of trails making crosses and X patterns. She could see 3 planes. I checked the temp. 43 degrees F, and the dew point 25 degrees F, more than 4 degrees apart. I headed outside to get pictures of the trails on the sunrise. Then i took more pictures 20 minutes later.

chemtrails on Yule here in Denton

Posted by twincowfaeries on December 30, 2008

These are a few pictures i took on Sunday December 21, 2008. My family was celebrating the winter solstice that day,  so i didn’t take many pictures or write down any information in my journal.

To me the body of the plane looks red, but it’s hard to tell.

chemtrail documenting

Posted by twincowfaeries on December 30, 2008

I’ve gotten behind on my documenting this past two weeks or so. I usually trim down the number of pictures i keep and post, but considering i’m so far behind i don’t want to mess with it now.  Here’s some of my stuff from Friday December 12, 2008  and then some from Friday December 19, 2008.  As taken from my journal:

Fri. 12/12 2008

Temp. 34 degrees F, Dew point 30 degrees F

7:20 am Mom called to say she could see 11 or 12 trails and 4 planes from 35 E in Corinth.

7:23 am I can see 2 parallel trails from the backyard. I got pictures of 1.

——————————————————————————————–

Fri. 12/19 2008

Lots of chemtrail activity this morning. They are spreading out nicely creating a sky filled with artificial cloud cover.  Seems they’ve been spraying every Friday here.

9 am first 21 pictures were taken

10 am second 21 pictures were taken

Lots of spread out chemclouds. What is raining down from them? Are they dripping something?

10:40 am last pictures were taken

The dripping effect continued to be exaggerated over the next hour, but i didn’t have time to take more pictures and honestly i didn’t want to be outside breathing it. I’ll be keeping the house closed up and the kids inside today, although the weather is nice and warm.

All pictures taken from Clover Circle in Denton, TX.

chemtrails this morning in Denton, Tx

Posted by twincowfaeries on December 5, 2008

I don’t have a lot of time today to take pictures or type out blogs as i’m preparing for Tristan’s 10th birthday party tomorrow and have a relative in town, but here are some pictures taken from my back yard between 8-9 am this morning of chemtrails. A few of the pictures at the begining of the gallery show a plane making a normal contrail flying up between a couple of the chemtrails. If you’ll notice, the normal contrail is short, disappears quickly, and the plane making it is ascending, not flying horizontally across the sky.  I am always careful when i am documenting chemtrails in my area not to accidentally take pictures of normal contrails and call them chemtrails. You can tell the difference by how long the trail is, how high the plane is flying, and how quickly the trail dissipates. Chemtrails linger for a long time and spread out in the sky to form clouds, contrails disappear a short distance from the plane.

I don’t have time to continue watching the skies today, but they probably aren’t finished. I saw at least one trail yesterday morning also, but like today i just didn’t have the time. Until next time, look to the sky, you never know what you might see.

girly talk, direct from the Red Tent

Posted by twincowfaeries on November 24, 2008

I haven’t blogged much recently, as i’ve been pretty busy,  but i’m tired this morning, and not feeling up to doing much, so i’ll give it a go. I entered my moon time a week early this morning. It explains a lot about how my weekend went. I really hate it when it sneaks up on me like that. My PMS is a lot more severe after having three children than it used to be when i was younger. My hormones are all outta whack these days. Severe depression and anxiety feature often during the moon time, and tolerance for others dissipates quickly. A few months ago it was so bad that i almost called my sister to take me to the ER after laying in bed in the middle of a horrible anxiety attack for hours. I’ve become so depressed i am in agony and can’t do anything aside from changing diapers and making food for the kids some days. It hasn’t been as rough the past few months though. I’ve worked through a lot of my anxiety issues without meds, and i only use kava root a couple of times a month now. I was taking it several times a day for about six months. So all in all i’m doing a lot better even though i still become more depressed and anxiety prone during the red moon.

I bought evening primrose oil and st. johns wort a while back to help balance my hormones but i’ve never started taking them regularly. I need to get on that, but i have immersed myself in so many new habits lately i’m not sure if i’m ready too add more just yet. I’ve started walking every morning again, i have a new bedtime routine, so i sleep better, i’m changing my diet, cooking more often, drinking less often, improving my housekeeping, and working on problem solving with Seth and the kids. If i take on too much my new system will surely topple.

So the upside to my unexpected red moon is my chance to try out my new Diva Cup. I bought it last month at the end of my cycle and have been really excited waiting to try it out for a full cycle. I only heard about the Diva Cup a few months ago through my herbalism school, but they’ve been around for a while now.  I strongly recommend at least looking into the Diva Cup as a safe, healthy, ecologically sound alternative for anyone who currently uses disposable tampons or pads. Disposable pads and tampons both have chemicals in them than can disturb a woman’s cycle, cause heavier flows, more severe PMS, or other severe health problems, and all this is aside from the risk of TSS for women who use tampons. It’s also much more ecologically responsible because it’s not disposable. Here’s the website for anyone who’s curious.

http://www.divacup.com/

I got mine for cheaper on amazon than they sell them for on the website, and you don’t have to buy the Diva Wash soap to clean them. You can use any gentle all natural soap and hot water. I use the same Kiss My Face olive oil soap i bathe with to clean mine. I got my Diva Cup as a gift to myself and so far i feel like it was very worth it. It doesn’t leak at all, and you can’t even feel it. Very cool!

Samhain (summer’s end), or the Celtic New Year

Posted by twincowfaeries on November 5, 2008

Samhain this year marked the two year anniversary of my decision to stop eating animals. The tradition of giving up a bad habit, or making a resolution for the new year has been around at least as long as the Celts had celebrated the New Year at Samhain. As a time when the veil between this world and the other-world is the thinnest, and we plunge into the dark half of the year, it is also a good time to bring aspects of the shadow to light, and release them from ourselves. Samhain marks the third and final harvest celebration of the year, and is a time to reflect on our accomplishments for the year before we sleep and focus on internal work for the winter.

This year we had our second annual Halloween party for the children the weekend before Samhain. The kids all dressed in their costumes, and my mom came by bringing gifts of spooky books to everyone, and read some scary stories aloud while we all huddled close to listen. This is the best time to put on the Halloween sound effects CD, and have some candles lit. Mom had found a book for me that i had and loved as a child, and gave it to me in hardback as a Samhain gift.in-a-dark-dark-room

My favorite story was The Green Ribbon. For some reason it really weirded me out.

After story time Mom left, Seth made a fire, and we played some party games. The kids weren’t very good at the spider ring toss game, but neither was i. We all moved closer and no one could get a ring on the legs. Seth gave it a shot and missed too. Both of the babies got the point and just walked over and put the rings on after a couple of unsuccessful throws. Then we played monster golf, which is a neat little put-put game i got last year. The kids really like that game a lot. We had snacks after that, cupcakes, cookies, and soda while Seth and George made a beer run for us adults. I got store bought snacks this year trying to not stress myself out, but the cupcakes i made and decorated myself last year were better. Last year we also had Earthworm Sludge which is chocolate pudding with gummy worms buried in it. Hand games and circle dancing came next. Personally it’s my favorite part. The Halloween music CD i have came with a book of motions to act out, and dances to do during the songs. We flew around the living room laughing and trying to sing. I think the kids look forward to the dancing the most too. Everyone has a blast, and the adults don’t care to look silly. George joined Cassie, Abra, and i on a couple songs, but as usual Seth was a party pooper and we couldn’t get him to dance. It didn’t really surprise me. After i was utterly exhausted we put on a movie for the kids. We had rented The Ghost and Mr. Chicken, a funny, old, black and white film starring Don Knotts that Abra and i loved as kids. The adults gathered outside for a bit to enjoy the cool night and rest up. Seth decided to get on the trampoline and totally exhausted himself. That’s what happens when you decide not to partake in dancing. Everyone else was tired and he ended up with a bunch of pent up energy. The movie wrapped up the party, and calmed the kids down for the night. Here is a picture of Cassie and the older kids in their costumes. The babies weren’t thrilled about getting in on the picture. I think Scarlet’s ladybug costume was just darling. I wish i had one.

000_32242 All in all everyone had a good time, and i’m sure the kids are looking forward to next year’s party.

On Halloween we did trick or treating. Jude went as a UPS guy and Seth went in his work uniform so they could be UPS guys together. Seth felt good that Jude had picked the costume out himself. Here’s a couple pictures of them together that Abra took.

dsc04039dsc04041

While we were trick or treating several people got a kick out of Jude’s costume. He was really cute. Tristan was told he won the award for scariest costume a couple times, and was sure proud of it.  It was warm on Halloween night this year and we had all the kids a bit overdressed. Luckily no one complained about being hot, although Dani didn’t end up wearing his mask because he said it made his face hot. He resolved to get a costume without a mask next year because he didn’t end up wearing his mask last year either. Jove refused to carry his candy basket or ride in the wagon, and at some point he decided he didn’t want to go up to the houses anymore and he wanted George to just go for him. When it was clear all the kids were tired we headed back home to check and divide up all the loot. Daniel carried Danikan for a while, and part of the way back Dani rode in the wagon. I accidentally whopped him in the face with a Yucca plant. After the initial shock he thought it was funny and we all had a laugh. After we had been home for a bit i took a few pictures of Daniel with the boys.

000_3247000_32502

000_3251 A little later in the night we had a couple of friends over who we hadn’t seen in a while. We drank a few beers and caught up. It was nice. Elaine played a game of chess with Tristan, Dani passed out early, and Seth hung out with Shane and Jude while Elaine and i had our girl talk time out back. We said good night and went to bed around two.

Saturday my dad came by and he and Seth cut some wood. We talked and caught up with him a bit. I had some herbs to give him also, for his liver. He played some chess with Tristan and then headed home. That evening my mom and Cassie came back over for our women’s Samhain celebration. We made pumpkin cider soup, and drank some wine out back while all the veggies were roasting. It was a relaxed, quiet evening for most of the time, and the soup turned out to be really good even though we had never made it before. We decided to make it a yearly tradition and i kept the pumpkin stem to put on my kitchen window alter. Here is the recipe for anyone who wants to make a go of it. We served ours with cheese bread.

Roasted Pumpkin -Cider Soup

Serves  8 as a first course or 4 as a main course.

1 small sugar pumpkin (4-4 1/2 pounds)
6 TBS. butter
1/4 packed brown sugar
1 large onion, peeled and cut into chunks
4  large cloves garlic, unpeeled
1 tart apple, such as granny smith, peeled, cored and quartered
1 TBS chopped fresh rosemary
Salt and pepper
7-8 cups chicken or vegetable broth
2 cups apple cider or apple juice
1 tsp. ground ginger

1. Preheat the oven to 350. Cut the pumpkin in half and scoop out seeds. Place in a large roasting pan, cut sides facing up. Divide the butter  and brown sugar among the cavities. Arrange the onion, garlic, and apple around pumpkin. Sprinkle with the rosemary and then salt and pepper. Pour 2 cups broth around the vegetables and cover the pan with foil. Roast until vegetables are all very soft and caramelized. 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
2. Scoop the pumpkin out of the skin. Process the vegetable mixture in a food processor, in batches, if  necessary ( I use my blender.) adding enough of the remaining broth to achieve a smooth puree’.
3. Transfer the puree’ to a large saucepan and whisk in the cider. Add as much  of the remaining broth as necessary to achieve the desired consistency and season with the ginger. Bring to a boil, whisking and simmer for a few minutes to blend the flavors. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
4. Serve with toasted pumpkin seeds and crumbled feta on top, if desired.

my horoscope for today

Gemini

By Rick Levine
You may be ruthless in your search for the truth now. Nevertheless be careful about what you ask for because you can get caught up in digging beneath the surface as you seek out more clarity in your life. The bottom line is that you could miss something very important if you only entertain what you already know to be true. Prepare to confront the unknown in your pursuit of hope and meaning.

Should i be intimidated, curious, or excited? Hmm?

more chemtrails, we were sprayed again yesterday

Posted by twincowfaeries on October 22, 2008

Yesterday chemtrails filled the sky above my backyard in Denton, Tx again. It was windier and cloudier yesterday that the day before so they spread out quite a bit more and moved over the yard faster. These pictures were taken at periodic points throughout the day.
